Shipping & delivery
Last updated: 11 August 2026. Physical prints are made to order and shipped by our print partner. You order from CarpathianPrints; we never ask you to deal with the factory directly.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide to destinations our fulfilment partner can reach. There is no separate packing or posting from us — production and delivery are handled in their global print network, usually from a facility near you.
If a rare destination or product combination cannot be quoted, checkout will not complete for that address. Try another address oremail us.
Shipping cost
Print prices on the site exclude shipping. At checkout we calculate shipping for your destination and product (size, paper, framed or not) and add it before you pay. Digital downloads have no shipping charge.
How long it takes
Times below are guides, not guarantees. Allow for both production and transit. Peak seasons, remote areas, and customs can add delay.
Production
Most prints are typically dispatched within about 1–4 working daysafter the order is placed (some wall-art lines faster). Framed pieces can sit toward the longer end of that range.
Transit (after dispatch, standard / tracked-style service)
- Within the UK: often about 2–3 working days
- Within the EU: often about 5–7 working days
- Within the US: often about 4–6 working days
- UK/EU to US, Canada, or much of the rest of the world: often about 10–15 working days
We prefer tracked or standard courier options where available. Exact method depends on destination and product.
Customs & duties
For deliveries outside your customs territory, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may apply and are usually the recipient’s responsibility unless local law says otherwise. We cannot control customs clearance times.
Tracking & address
Where tracking is available we will share what we receive. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — wrong or incomplete addresses can mean return-to-sender or a paid re-ship. SeeTerms of sale for damaged, missing, or failed deliveries.
Digital downloads
Digital files are delivered electronically after payment (when checkout is live). No physical shipment.
