Terms of sale
Last updated: 11 August 2026. These terms apply when you buy fromcarpathianprints.com. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy andShipping & delivery page.
Who you are buying from
CarpathianPrints is operated by Jon Pulman (“we”, “us”). Contact:jon@jppropertyconsultancy.com. Payment is taken by us (via Stripe when checkout is live). Prints are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Prodigi — you will not normally need to contact them.
Products
- Trail — unframed Enhanced Matte Art (A5 / A4).
- Studio — unframed Hahnemühle Photo Rag (A5 / A4).
- Framed — Classic Frame with Enhanced Matte Art inside (not Hahnemühle Photo Rag).
- Digital — personal-use mid-resolution JPEG (long edge about 3000px). Not the print master. No resale, print-on-demand, or commercial licence unless we agree in writing.
Maximum physical size is A4. Colours on screen will not match print exactly. We print from our masters; web images are lower resolution.
Price & payment
Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Physical print prices exclude shipping; shipping is calculated for your destination at checkout. You pay the total (print + shipping where applicable) before production. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Made to order
Physical prints are bespoke / made to order for the artwork, size, and finish you choose. Production starts after successful payment (subject to any short pause we configure for cancellations).
Cancellations
- Before production — you may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for that order (contact us promptly after ordering).
- After production has started — cancellation is not guaranteed. You may still be charged for the product.
No change-of-mind returns
Because each physical print is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind, unwanted items, or “I ordered the wrong size” once the item has been produced or dispatched. This aligns with consumer rules that exempt personalised / tailor-made goods from the usual cooling-off return right after delivery.
Digital downloads are not returnable once the file has been made available, except where the file is faulty and we cannot fix it (see below).
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your print arrives damaged, has a clear print defect, or is the wrong product, email us within 14 days of delivery atjon@jppropertyconsultancy.comwith:
- Your order reference / email used at checkout
- Photos of the item and the packaging
- A short description of the problem
We will raise this with our fulfilment partner. Where the fault is theirs (production or transit damage), the usual remedies are a free reprintor a refund. Please keep packaging until the case is resolved. Do not send goods back unless we ask you to — there is no public “return to sender” address for unwanted items.
Wrong address & failed delivery
You are responsible for a complete, accurate shipping address. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an address error, refusal, or similar, re-shipping or a new print may be at your cost (or ours only if we caused the error). Packages are not always returned to the print facility.
Risk & title
Risk in physical goods passes on delivery to the address you gave (or according to mandatory local law if stricter). Title passes when we receive payment in full.
Product safety (EU / UK)
Prints and frames are fulfilled by our manufacturing partner to their product specifications. For product-safety or GPSR-style enquiries related to an order, contact us atjon@jppropertyconsultancy.comand we will coordinate with the manufacturer as needed. We will publish any additional manufacturer markings required for specific markets as checkout opens more widely.
Limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
