Orders & returns
- Cancel before production — email within about two hours of ordering (order reference helps). SeeTerms.
- Damaged or wrong print — tell us within 14 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll handle it with our print partner; don’t post goods back unless we ask.
- Change of mind — custom prints are made to order, so we don’t accept unwanted returns after production.
